Our solution can be used by any organisation or business that wants to securely store and track certificates and qualifications. 

New Zealand Diving and Salvage approached us with the challenge of creating a system that would allow them to easily store and retrieve qualification data. As a business operating in marine construction, safety is paramount, and monitoring certificate expirations are vital to staying compliant with national safety standards.

Our solution, Certificate Manager, provides an easy and secure system for storing documents in relation to individuals. Qualifications such as first aid certificates, driver’s licenses, and even non-document information such as competencies can be stored and retrieved securely.

As with any system handling sensitive documents, privacy and security is crucial - all files are kept confidential and an administrator has to approve all changes to a user’s list of certificates, providing a layer of certainty that personal information is kept safe.
